Overgård, an explorer and researcher is attempting to exist in a snow-covered terrain with blistering winds, freezing conditions, and murderous wildlife. After a rescue attempt goes tragically wrong Overgård must make a potentially deadly decision, to risk his life making a treacherous trek into the unfamiliar terrain or remain at his camp where he may never be discovered.
